The Milkshake Lane Project

The home at 50 Primrose Hill dates back to the early to mid 1700’s. Located in Annapolis, MD, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with 4800 square feet was our largest renovation to date. We teamed up with The Underwood Group to bring this piece of history back to life. In doing so, the team received a preservation award by The Historic Annapolis Preservation Society for our efforts in restoration, rehabilitation, and reuse of a historic property.

The Coastal Craftsman Project

Marissajayne Design does more than just decorating finished spaces. We do everything design including remodels and new builds like the one pictured here. We started on the Pindell project in Annapolis, MD when it was just a shell and designed every element from the beautiful herringbone pattern flooring to the extensive trim and mouldings throughout. We picked the lighting and the tile and everything in between. It turned out amazing, see for yourself.

The Overstreet Project

Shiplap, a farmhouse table fit for hosting family, and built-ins to make you swoon. We brought LIFE to this recently renovated kitchen. From globe chandeliers to a herringbone tile fireplace surround, it's now the perfect place to enjoy meals, do homework with the kids, and host gatherings!

The Fiddler Project

"The Blue Room" as we adoringly named it, is a mid-century meets bohemian dream space, flowing with lifestyle images of my best friends' three boys. The challenge for this space was to not only make it a functional family space, but to keep it SUPER kid friendly. This is a gathering place for all holidays , birthday parties, evening cocktails by the fire, and play dates galore. We seamlessly incorporated vintage finds alongside new, and we couldn't be happier.

The Ring Project

Classic, fresh, and sophisticated. We replaced this dated 1960's bathroom and brought it into the 21st century with design elements such as marble hexagon, bright white hues paired alongside classic blues, and sleek fixtures. All design selections to make a happy home for this sweet couple.

The Bunting Project

Our home, the never ending project. We've lived here for almost four years and we have given every room a big ole' face-lift!! From subway tile to Shiplap, our style is a steady mix of classic contemporary meets vintage rustic. It's ever changing and my constant muse.

Simple, fresh and timeless.
